Shipping Timeframes
We strive to process all orders within 48 business hours, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
We recommend providing a contact number at checkout for direct updates from the shipping carrier. We partner with trusted global shipping providers to deliver your order conveniently to your doorstep, usually within 2–7 business days from dispatch.

What If My Order Arrives Damaged?
At House of Furnishes, we take quality control seriously and inspect all items before shipping. However, in the rare event that an item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Please attach clear photographs showing the damage and a brief explanation. Our team will review your complaint and offer the best possible solution:

Missing Item from Your Order?
If an item or assembly part is missing from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue and ensure you receive everything you ordered.
Can I Cancel My Order?
We understand that plans change. You can cancel your order anytime before it is shipped and we’ll issue a full refund.
If the order has already been dispatched, you can still cancel within 14 days of delivery. In this case, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
