General
Our products are held in-stock at our warehouse with standard delivery lead times of 5–6 working days. Exact timing may vary depending on your location within Europe. Once your item leaves our warehouse, you will receive tracking details by email.
Yes — all listed prices include VAT. Your tax invoice will clearly show the VAT breakdown along with our full business and EORI details.
Absolutely! You are welcome to collect your order from our Dublin warehouse. We will reach out once your items are ready with all the details you need.
The warehouse is open Monday to Friday. After the initial grace period, a small weekly handling fee of €10 applies to uncollected goods.

Unless stated otherwise, promotional codes are single-use, per customer, and cannot be combined with other offers.

Delivery
We deliver to most countries across Europe. Simply enter your delivery address at checkout to see the applicable delivery charge — or use the Delivery Calculator on any product or basket page.

At this time, we deliver to European addresses only. We are unable to ship outside of Europe. We hope to expand our delivery regions in the future.
Our delivery partners are couriers, not removalists — they are not required to unpack, assemble, or carry items inside your property. Our standard service is kerbside delivery.
For heavy or oversized furniture, please ensure at least two able-bodied people are available at the delivery address. If you require assisted delivery, contact us in advance — additional charges may apply.
Items that are not collected or dispatched within 7 days of arriving at our warehouse will incur a weekly storage fee, charged per pallet or part thereof.
Products
All of our furniture is manufactured in China. We work with nearly a dozen carefully selected manufacturers — each with over 15 years in business, market capitalisations exceeding $4M USD, and supply relationships with some of the world's most respected furniture retailers.
Chinese manufacturing has a well-earned reputation in the consumer goods industry, and the quality speaks for itself. We are proud of the partners we have chosen.
You can check the Lead Time tab on any product page for specific estimates. Standard lead times are 5–6 working days, but this may vary by product and location.
Returns & Refunds
You can return any item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, minus shipping costs. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused and in their original condition
- Fully re-packaged in original wrapping, ready for re-sale
- Complete with all tags, labels, instructions and tools
Once we have received and inspected your return — please allow up to 3 days for inspection — your refund will be processed within 5 working days. Door-to-door delivery charges are non-refundable.

We do not offer direct exchanges, but the process is simple:
- Return the unwanted item for a refund
- Place a new order for the item you would like instead
Payment
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal and Stripe. Payment is taken at the time of order placement. To keep our prices as low as possible, we do not offer financing options.
Absolutely. Our site uses a premium 128-bit SSL Encrypted Certificate powered by GoDaddy, and all card transactions are processed through Stripe and PayPal — two of the world's leading payment providers.
Your personal and payment details are never shared with third parties.
No. Prices may shift with Euro exchange rate movements, but once you have placed an order, your price is locked in at the time of purchase. We also run seasonal sales from time to time — always worth checking back!
Warranty
Most of our products come with a 2-year warranty, starting from the date of delivery. Warranty periods may vary by product — please check the individual product page for details.
If something goes wrong, we will repair or replace the item at no cost to you. In the case of a major fault, a full refund may also be available.
Please note that warranties do not cover normal wear and tear, or damage caused by misuse or inappropriate handling.
