At House of Furnishes, we are committed to providing high-quality furniture and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund in accordance with the following policy.
Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
✅ Eligible for Return
- The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- A return request is made within 14 days of receiving the item (UK & EU consumer rights).
- The item is damaged or defective upon arrival (proof required).
- The wrong item was delivered.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or made-to-order furniture.
- Assembled or used furniture.
- Clearance or final sale items.
How to Request a Return
Follow these simple steps to request a return:

Contact Us — Email our support team at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.

Return Approval — We will review your request and provide return instructions. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

Return the Item — You must return the product in its original condition and packaging within 14 days after approval.

Inspection & Refund — Upon receiving and inspecting the item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days using the original payment method.
Unauthorised returns — items sent back without prior approval — will not be accepted and may be returned to sender.

All refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method after inspection.
Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund — no questions asked.
- Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. You may however return the item following the process outlined in Section 2.

Faulty or Damaged Items
We inspect every item before dispatch. However, if your order arrives faulty or damaged, please follow these steps:
- Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at [email protected].
- Attach clear photographs showing the damage or fault clearly.
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Reports made after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for a full replacement or refund. Please inspect your order upon arrival.
